Excellent, fair, trustworthy and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Used Pete to replace a shower head and faucet in bath tub. He returned my message and or calls immediately and gave me accurate information with the items I needed and tried to save me money from buying an entire bathroom system to just a faucet. Although we came across some issues regarding valves, Pete gave me the pros and cons if we replaced it and I was able to make my own informed decision. Will definitely call him again for other projects.
